Usage

Usage Massage each part of face 5 times. Total massage duration: 3-5 minutes. Cleanse and apply a facial serum or oil. Neck - Start with the longer edge of the Gua Sha at the back of the neck in an upward sliding/scraping motion, up to the front of the neck. Jawline - Massage the jawline in an upward sliding/scraping motion. Use the heart-shaped side to slide from the jawline towards the ear. Eyes - very gently slide the pointed side of the Gua Sha under the eyes outwards. Then slide the Gua Sha over the contours of the eyebrows in an outward motion. Forehead - with the longer side of the Gua Sha, sliding outwards from eyebrow to hairline Finish with a toner. For an extra decongestant and cooling effect, place Gua Sha in the refrigerator or freezer before use Can be used to massage other parts of the body to reduce tension in the muscles.
