Returns
“For products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason, provided that the seal has not been broken.
If the seal is broken, your order is final and can no longer be returned.
If you use your right of withdrawal, you have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately € 7.25 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur.
To exercise this right, you can contact us via hello@bloomsandblossoms.eu or via the contact form. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when returning it.”
To exercise this right, you can return the product or products to the address below. Please include the original packing slip so that we know it came from you.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:
- (Partly) used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Products that have been unsealed, opened and used are excluded from the right of withdrawal. These products are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene and possible health risks if the seal has been broken after delivery.
This concerns a product that can no longer be made clean enough (reasonably) to be returned. Earrings, for example, can be cleaned, and are therefore not exempt. A toothbrush, a hairbrush, a headband, or a pacifier for a baby, can no longer be made clean enough to be sold again (and if that is possible, then it can only be done in an expensive, special way that is not in proportion to the product). These products are therefore exempt from the withdrawal - return scheme.
We continuously monitor our online range with the utmost care. Unfortunately, in exceptional cases it may happen that during the processing of the order it appears that an item is no longer in stock. If an item is unexpectedly not available, we will inform you within 5 working days with an email notification, and we will refund the paid amount within 14 days or adjust the Klarna invoice.
