STEP 1: Gently exfoliate the body, paying extra attention to elbows, knees and heels.
STEP 2: Apply the self-tanning milk evenly in smooth, circular movements (possibly with a self-tanning glove).
STEP 3: Make sure you wash your hands thoroughly after use.
STEP 4: Wait a few minutes before getting dressed.
STEP 5: to intensify your tan, reapply after 6 hours.
