So time for the detoxifying salt bath:

Bathe yourself in healing water and be born again. A true act of self-care, bathing nourishes the body, mind and soul.
Did you know that a salt bath provides numerous benefits for our skin?

Salt baths replenish the body with magnesium and other vital minerals, relieve sore muscles, stimulate sleep and fight inflammation.

It works wonders for clogged sinuses and has an intense disinfectant function, making it particularly good for impure skin.

It helps improve skin hydration and helps the body eliminate toxins. The body's natural healing mechanism is activated.

Suffer from eczema or psoriasis: try a salt bath once a week. After all, the salt prevents the growth of bacteria and the complaints will diminish.

How?

Burn some palo santo (sacred wood) or your favorite incense and let your mind calm down. Fill the bath with warm water and visualize it healing your body. Add the salt to the bath. Spread the salt around the tub, step in slowly and lower yourself into the water. Sit back and relax for 10 to 20 minutes while you rest your mind. Get out of the bath when you feel completely relaxed and wrap yourself in a thick towel. Then take a rest and feel the difference!
